This is a villa-style resort that consists of three villas and an open bar/kitchen corner with a swimming pool in between. The air-conditioned establishment features a lobby, Internet access, and room and laundry services. The resort provides a total of 12 air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms, 4 in each of the 3 villas.

## Location
The resort enjoys a beautiful location surrounded by mango trees and palms and gives travellers a true sense of a Goan holiday. It is located near Calangute's main street and in close proximity to the famous nightclub Tito's, restaurants, shops and a Tibetan market. The resort is 47 km from Dabolim Airport and 25 km from the Tivim railway station.

## Rooms
Six of the rooms face the pool and six rooms face the areas around the resort. The rooms at the resort are comfortable and well-appointed with all modern amenities such as an en suite bathroom with hot shower and bathtub, satellite TV and a fridge. The air conditioning is individually regulated.

Guests may take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool.
