Hotel Overview

Built in 1973, this hotel was renovated in 2001 and offers a total of 192 rooms spread over 9 floors of which 61 are suites, 43 are single rooms and 88 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the hotel's foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a café, shops, a hairdresser and a bar. Business guests may also make use of the Internet terminal and the conference room. Guests are invited to indulge in some fine cuisine either in the air-conditioned à la carte or in the buffet restaurant, which both have non-smoking areas. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage. Laundry and room services are available as well as medical assistance.

## Location
This first-class hotel is located somewhat outside of Marbella's town centre. Situated directly in the tourist centre, this hotel lies just 500 m from the sea and 800 m from the nearest sandy beach. The airport is approximately 50 km from the hotel.

## Rooms
The luxurious rooms have a stunning view over the sea, the Rio Real golf course or the Sierra Blanca. They offer the ideal requirements for a restorative visit with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio and Internet access. In addition, they are also equipped with a minibar, air conditioning, central heating, a safe and a balcony.

There is an indoor swimming pool as well as a number of pools with a bar, sun loungers and parasols to be found in the subtropical garden complex. Guests have the opportunity to use the large health and beauty spa centre. It offers a number of treatments and therapies including hydrotherapy, and has the latest technologies. Guests will enjoy the services and offers from the highly qualified staff. Sports enthusiasts may try out water aerobics/ gym aerobics, tennis (a fee applies for use of the courts), a gym and the 18-hole Rio Real golf course that is located directly beside the hotel.

A buffet is prepared at breakfast and at lunchtime. In the evenings there is also an à la carte menu on offer. Special dietary requirements may be accommodated, including individual-specific options.
