The Hotel Villa Paradiso is surrounded by lovely gardens and is virtually on the lake with its own private beach. Run by the Buraglio-Bellan family it was built in the late 1800's. There are some restaurants and bars a short stroll away and the resort centre is half a mile away with more shops and cafes. There is also a public bus service 100 metres from the hotel.
The friendly staff at the 24 hour front desk are multilingual are more than happy to assist with tour arrangements and provide information about the area and nearby attractions.

##Location
The Hotel Villa Paradiso is a friendly and relaxed hotel; just a small road separates it from the lake and its private beach. The hotel has a good standard of service and a variety of activities on offer. The ancient village of Meina which dates back to the Bronze Age is half a mile away and can be reached by a footpath avoiding the main road. It has many historic buildings, shops, bars and cafes. The Lake Maggiore boat service can take you to many other lakeside towns and the Borromean Islands which is a popular tourist attraction. Furthermore, the local public transport services opens up access to the rest of the city.

##Accomodation
All guest rooms feature a French balcony, en-suite bathroom/shower and toilet, television with satellite channels, telephone, hairdryer, air-conditioning and heating. Please note that certain amenities may be payable locally.

##Eating and Drinking
The dining room is divided into two separate areas, one for individuals and another for groups. Both enjoy the great lake view setting and the chandeliers add a touch of class. The bar with its outside terrace offers fine views and friendly service. Additionally the hotel is near to many of the area's cafés, bars and restaurants.

##Swimming Pools
There is an attractive natural stone wall which complements the garden setting for the outdoor swimming pool. Roses add to the ambience. The two Victorian style changing room huts hint back to a bygone era. Pool towels are provided.
