This Tenerife hotel is in Playa Paraiso in the south of the island. The Roca Nivaria Hotel has extensive gardens with subtropical plants, fountains and waterfalls. The heated sea water swimming pool and whirlpool both have panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean. Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands with darker sand due to its volcanic history.

The Roca Nivaria Hotel has a main central building with the reception and communal areas. Ajoining the main area are 2 wings where the rooms and suites are situated. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are modern in design and furnishing.

The hotel has four restaurants. There is a main buffet style restaurant with terrace and pleasant views. The pool restaurant serves lunch and snacks and there are 3 a la carte restaurants serving International, Italian and Spanish cuisine. The hotel has a lobby bar, pool bar, piano bar and disco. The All Inclusive option includes full board, including two meals in the themed restaurants, soft drinks, beer, wine and national alcoholic drinks from 10am to 11pm, cake and coffee from 4pm to 5.30pm. *NEW YEARS EVE GALA MEALS INCLUDED*
