From its central location, the relatively new Plaza Hotel has a marvelous view of Lake Garda. The cosmopolitan Desenzano del Garda is the only proper town on the Lake with a population of 20,000, a beautiful old port that is home to many yachts, fashionable shops, relaxing cafes and numerous bars and restaurants. The harbour area is approximately 50 metres from the hotel.
The friendly staff at the 24 hour front desk are multilingual are more than happy to assist with tour arrangements and provide information about the area and nearby attractions.

##Location
Desenzano is situated in the centre of the southern basin of Lake Garda, between Milan and Verona and Venice. The resort has a pleasant climate throughout the year, plenty of history and is an ideal base to visit Milan, Verona and Venice by car or train. Desenzano also offers the opportunity to practice water sports and take part in excursions organized on the lake and its surroundings. Furthermore, the local public transport services opens up access to the rest of the city.

The hotel has a total of 30 rooms split between three floors, all which include climate control, direct dial phone, minibar, wake up calls, private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer and bidet.
