The Pimar Hotel is on the seafront in Blanes and is a popular choice with families. Being 500 metres from the centre ensures the majority of the resort facilities are just a few minutes away and the local train station enables easy access to Barcelona and Gerona. The resort is generally quieter and more family friendly than nearby Lloret but just as popular for hotel accommodation in Spain.

Blanes has a superb quality 2.5 mile long beach that has good water sport facilities available. It is an important sport and fishing port, and offers excellent quality sea produce in the local markets and restaurants. The botanical gardens are internationally famous, as is the firework competition which is held the last week in July. The resort has a comparable night life to Lloret de Mar which is just 4 miles away. The hotel has a total of 176 rooms.
