The boutique residence comprises a total of 118 rooms spread across 10 floors. The building is air-conditioned and features a stylish bar, a cosy lounge, and a popular grill restaurant. Corporate travellers are invited to make use of the conference facilities, and for those arriving by car parking is provided. The tastefully appointed rooms all come with an en-suite bathroom and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. They all feature satellite/ cable TV and a coffee maker as standard. Breakfast may be selected from an extensive continental buffet each morning and complimentary cookies and milk are provided in the evenings.
