This elegant 4-star hotel occupies a beautifully restored 19th century Sicilian manor, with much of its original features recreated or kept to provide guests with a truly memorable and charming experience. To ensure its guests are always comfortable and relaxed the hotel offers 34 individually decorated and cosy guest rooms along with a pleasant selection of facilities and services including a seasonal outdoor pool and a comfortable bar/lounge area to relax in. The hotel also offers evening entertainment in its courtyard, with a large garden and cooking classes where you can learn to prepare Sicilian specialities. ##Location
The surrounding area offers much to see and do with the hotel occupying and ideal location that puts it just 7km from the ancient baroque town of Noto, now designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and 33km from Syracuse. You can find several historical and important locations to visit in the area including the neighbouring Eloro ruins and the Mediterranean Sea is only 1km away where you can spend the days enjoying the sun on the fabulous beaches. For even more sights as well as a charming selection of local shops, restaurants and taverns you need only travel the short distance to Noto, or for a more modern and commercial experience there is the larger city of Syracuse offering a vast number of attractions including museums, galleries and festivals.

##Eating and Drinking
Guests can enjoy some delicious traditional Sicilian cuisine in the hotel's homely restaurant featuring a comfortable outdoor terrace. Breakfast is served each in the morning in the breakfast room, with the friendly environment offered by the hotel's renovated oil mill.

There is a seasonal outdoor pool at the hotel, open during the summer months only.
