Hotel Overview

The Hod Hotel is located in the northern part of the Ein Bokek region at the lowest point on earth, on the Dead Sea shoreline in Israel. A lovely beach can be found just a few steps away from the hotel where guests can enjoy comfortable sun beds, large parasols, cool drinking water fountains and towels for convenience.

The hotel has 203 modern, air conditioned guestrooms that look out over the breathtaking desert landscape and the Dead Sea. Onsite in the Hod Hotel guests will find a Ma'ayan Spa offering a variety of treatments in a tranquil atmosphere including classic Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Thai style massage, ayurveda, reflexology, hydrotherapy, aromatic oil bath, mineral hot mud treatment with added oils, seaweed and Aloe Vera, body peels and facial treatments. For the energetic there is also a gym.

As if that wasn't enough, the Hod Hotel also has a swimming pool and spacious outdoor terrace where you can lay back and soak up some rays, a bar and a restaurant and a programme of entertainment both day and night. You can even dance the night away in the hotel disco.

##Eating and Drinking
The Hod's Date Palm Restaurant serves international cuisine whilst in the elegant lobby you can relax into an armchair and enjoy a large selection of soft drinks, light snacks, pastries and dairy delicacies. Towards sunset you should head for the terrace, overlooking the Dead Sea and the surrounding mountain landscape, to watch the magnificent sunset. The beverage bar serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and the Mayan bar, adjacent to the spa, offers a selection of hot beverages and natural fruit juices to refresh yourself between treatments.

The swimming pool overlooks the Dead Sea and has sunbeds and parasols as well as a pool for children.
