Hotel Overview

Set amidst a leafy garden of palm trees and typical local plants and surrounded with tropical forests, this charming eco hotel is just 6 km from the protected biosphere area, which is why it has gone to such great efforts to ensure that all facilities and services are offered with conservation of the ecosystem and sustainability of the environment as the key issues in mind. The beach hotel offers 14 rooms in total and facilities include a games room, restaurant, breakfast room, Internet access, room and laundry services, and a car park.

## Location
The hotel is located 10 minutes to the south of the Tulum ruins and 15 minutes from the centre of Tulum. Other nearby places of interest include the ruins of Coba and the beach in Playa del Carmen (both 45 minutes' drive), Xel Ha Park (20 minutes) and Sian Ka'An biosphere (3 hours' drive). Cancun International Airport is approximately 130 km from the hotel.

## Rooms
The rooms have a Mexican-style decoration, with typical local fabrics and objects. Each room features an en suite bathroom, a double or king-size bed, Internet access and a private balcony or terrace.

## Sport
The hotel offers a massage service, and kayaks are free to use for hotel guests. Parasols are provided on the sandy beach.

## Meals
The restaurant is famous for its natural cuisine, featuring homemade doughy bread, focaccia, cakes and jams. The specialities are fresh fish and lobster, all served with an excellent selection of Italian wines. Aperitifs are available on the terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast is served each morning, and lunch and dinner are offered à la carte.

Payments must be made in cash or by traveller's cheques. Credit cards are not accepted.

## Notes
Electricity is not available 24 hours a day in the rooms. Lights can be used from 5 pm until 1 am. The hotel has a generator, powered by wind and solar panels. Phones, cameras and laptops can be charged in the restaurant area 24 hours a day. Hairdryers cannot be used in the hotel.
