Hotel Overview

The Grand Oasis Caribbean Resort has 240 guestrooms and is surrounded by tropical gardens with direct access to the fine, white sandy beach. The hotel is close to some local shops, bars and restaurants and only 3 miles from downtown Cancun and its many open air markets. There is a modern gymnasium and tennis courts for guests to enjoy onsite.

The local area offers many interesting excursions such as a boat trip to the nearby island of ‘Isla Mujeres' or a visit to one of the famous Mayan ruins such as Chichen Itza or Tulum. Cancun´s climate is tropical and humid with temperatures between 26 and 36 degrees.

The hotel offers a variety of options for wining and dining, these include the Las Palmas Steakhouse (reservation required), Akeru which serves Asian fusion food à la carte, international buffet at Ibiza, typical Italian food in Dos Lunas, Sarape for Mexican Gourmet à la carte (reservation required), seafood and sushi specialties à la carte at Cocoa, a sushi snack bar and a fast food snack bar. Guests are also spoilt for choice when it comes to bars in the hotel with a sports bar, cocktail bar, swim up bar, lounge bar, Cocoa sea food and beach bar, gecko bar, la palapa beach bar and the Isla Mujeres beach bar.
