Hotel Overview

This modern, air-conditioned hotel was built in the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2001. It comprises a total of 70, rooms, of which 6 are elegant suites, spread over 6 floors. There is a spacious lobby with lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a TV room, a dining room, a hairdressing salon, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant, where guests can sample Italian specialities. Rooms are available for conferences and meetings. Guests may also make use of the in-house laundry and room services for an added fee. Children may take part in the kids' club activities (charges apply). Hotel parking spaces are available for those arriving by car.

## Location
This hotel is situated in the heart of Sicily, only a few metres from the town and tourist centre, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, and only some 400 m from a beautiful sandy beach. It is only approximately 30 km from the hotel in Termini Imerese to the fascinating historical centre of Palermo, which presents a combination of transport chaos, gridlocked traffic, dreamy gardens and historical palazzi. It is a unique city in Italy with ancient roots stretching back to the times of the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans. The nearest access to public transport, the bus stop and train station are roughly 1 km away and Palermo airport is about 70 km from the hotel.

## Rooms
The elegant rooms come with a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer. A direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a stereo system, a double or king-size bed, a sitting area, and a minibar all feature as standard. The air conditioning and heating are centrally regulated. Suites are additionally equipped with a hydro-massage bath.

## Sport
In the grounds, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and a poolside snack bar. Guests may make use of the indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage service and spa treatments, Jacuzzi, solarium, and steam room (some of which incur an added fee). ## Meals
Guests are able to select their breakfast from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may be selected from a set menu or taken à la carte. In addition, special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be catered for. Guests have the opportunity to book either a half-board or a full board stay.
