The 3- and 4-bedroom town houses each feature a fully equipped kitchen (with cooker, microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities), washing machine, dryer, ironing set and central air conditioning and heating. A living/family area with satellite/cable TV, DVD player and WLAN Internet access are also provided. Further amenities include direct dial telephone and radio. The 3-bedroom units have 2 full bathrooms (with shower/bath) upstairs, plus a half bathroom downstairs, while the 4-bedroom units offer 3 full bathrooms (with shower/bath), plus a half bathroom. Maximum occpancy in each unit is 2 persons per bedroom.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Checkout time on day of departure is 10:00 h.
