Situated directly on the marina and just 300 m from the lake of Hourtin Carcans and its beaches.

Kitchenette (microwave, vitroceramic hotplates and dishwasher, except in studio apartments), bathroom with toilet, television (with supplement, fee-paying wi-fi internet access and terrace or balcony.

## Sport
An open air, heated swimming pool, open from mid-April onwards.

## Notes
The security deposit is requested (2 separate payments: apartment plus cleaning) to be paid on the premises, TV rental, baby equipment rental, pets and end of stay cleaning on request to be paid on the premises. Services to be paid for on the premises are TV rental (already set up in the apartments), baby equipment rental, pets admitted (with supplement) and end of stay cleaning on request.
