The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Rosebank Mall and is easily accessible from Jan Smuts Avenue, a main north-to-south route. It is also within walking distance of the new Gautrain Station at Rosebank. Rosebank is an upmarket commercial suburb adjacent to Sandton with a number of large corporate headquarters, including financial houses and commercial banks, Internet and telecommunications giants. Similar to Sandton, although on a small scale, Rosebank is an attractive shopping and entertainment destination for local residents and international travellers, as well as a corporate hub. OR Tambo International Airport is around 20 km away.

The Studio Suites offer an open-plan room with a bed, lounge area, an en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, and can accommodate 2 adults. The Bedroom Suites have a separate bedroom, lounge, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. A 1-bedroom suite can accommodate 2 people (or a maximum of 4 with an option to add an extra bed). There is a TV set in the bedroom and in the lounge. Standard in-room amenities include a shower/bath, hairdryer, double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, hifi and Internet access.
