There is a car park for guests 5 minutes from the aparthotel on foot (local charge and subject to availability).

## Location
This aparthotel is situated on Levante Beach, in the Benidorm centre and beside Old Town. In the surroundings there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

## Rooms
The apartments have kitchenette equipped with electric hob and oven, mini fridge, coffee pot and utensils. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and lounge with 2 sofa beds. The studios have a small, equipped kitchenette and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons. All the accommodations have satellite television, telephone, central heating, air conditioning, safe box (local charge), complete bathroom and terrace.

## Sport
Guests are offered use of sun loungers and parasols which have been laid out ready for use on the beach (charges apply). The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.

## Notes
Keys are to be collected on arrival before 7 pm. It is necessary to call if arriving after that time, because the reception closes then. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required for use of facilities.
