To pick up keys, guests should go to the Shangri residence, which is 50 metres away. A security deposit is requested (2 separate payments: apartment plus cleaning), and TV rental, baby equipment rental, pets and end of stay cleaning on request are all to be paid on the premises. The deposit has to be paid with a French cheque or in cash.
