These superior homes are located in a gated community, surrounding a large conservation area providing a sanctuary for many wildlife. The establishment features nicely decorated 3 , 4, and 5-bedroom homes, each with a private pool. This is an electric pool heat community.

## Location
Located in Kissimmee, off Poinciana Boulevard, this community is just a 7-minute drive from Highway 192 the main road through Kissimmee, and to Walt Disney World. Here guests will find numerous restaurants, shops and superstores. All of the areas attractions are within a 40-minute drive of these homes, including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Busch Gardens can be reached in 90 minutes by car. Nearby airports include Orlando International Airport, and Orlando Sanford International Airport.

## Rooms
All homes have a full kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and dish washer), a separate living and dining area. Master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom (bathtub/shower), and there is at least 1 other bathroom in the home. All bedrooms sleep 2 people per room. Other facilities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, a washing machine and dryer, plus an ironing set, full air conditioning and central heating. All homes have their own screened-in pool. The standard amount of pool deck furniture provided will be 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a patio table.

## Notes
Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All accommodation is non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from your accommodation is 10:00 am.
