Hotel Overview
This hotel is well located in the city centre of Harrogate, by the antique quarter of the town and next to the Pump room museum. Set in an impressive traditional building, an old 18th century coach inn. The public areas have been transformed to their former glory and are truly spectacular. Grand and spacious, with plush fabrics and rich colours. Bedrooms vary in size due to the age of the building but are generally generous in size and many with original features and high ceilings. Following a full refurbishment, the rooms offer modern and comfortable accommodation. The restaurant is exquisite, again with high ceilings, pillars, original wood panelling and stain glass windows. The hotel also boasts a popular, contemporary bar and bistro called The Place. Good standard 4 star property.
