This is an old rural estate situated in the green heart of Umbria in the Tiber Valley, close by Città di Castello, a medieval town rich in art and culture. This country house is some 50 km from the city of Perugia.||This country house establishment is housed in a collection of 12th Century farmhouses, which have been completely renovated and restored with respect for the original architectural and structural features. This hotel comprises a total of 12 rooms and 20 apartments. The main building is a restored 12th century structure, La Villa, where the facilities for guests are housed. On the ground floor of La Villa they will find a reception area with a hotel safe, a warm, pleasant restaurant and a multi-functional large room, with a cosy bar, which is the ideal place for a break, playing cards or watching TV. Further facilities on offer to guests include Internet access, bicycle hire, parking and a children's playground.||The rooms are decorated in country style and come with their own bathrooms. They are spacious and comfortable and equipped with all comforts, some even feature a spa bath and others have a panoramic terrace. The apartments offer a private entrance and their own small private garden with outdoor furniture. They are equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge or mini fridge, individual heating and a disability-friendly bathroom. Furthermore, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and a double bed are provided in all accommodation as standard.||This hotel features 3 swimming pools including an open air pool and a children's pool.
