Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a total of 251 rooms spread over 6 floors. There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a lift. Metropolitan Oak International Airport is around 24 km from the hotel whilst San Francisco International Airport is just 2 km away. Mineta San Jose International Airport is around 40 km from the hotel.

The spacious rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, all rooms include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a double or king-size bed and carpeted flooring.
