## Location
The apartments are situated on the main pedestrian shopping street, directly opposite Fenwicks department store, and in one of Newcastle's most thriving areas. Northumberland Street boasts an excellent selection of stylish shops, clubs, bars and restaurants. Guests will find the bus and railway stations within a 5-minute walk and the Millennium Bridge is around 15 minutes away on foot. It is some 13 km to Newcastle Airport.

The accommodation offers stunning views of the cityscape, modern interior design and the latest technological advances, such as a lounge with plasma screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine and ironing set. All crockery, utilities and linen are provided. A Playstation/DVD player is available on request. There is a private bathroom with shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and a direct dial telephone, a radio, heating and a king-size or double bed are provided as standard.

Cash, personal cheques accompanied by a guarantee card, MasterCard and VISA are accepted as payment.

## Notes
The reception is manned from 7 am to 11 pm. Guests should collect their keys from reception upon check-in. Those arriving after 8 pm must inform the complex in advance. Stag and hen parties/groups are permitted by prior arrangement only. A security bond or credit card preauthorisation may be required on arrival.
