This delightful period character property with 17 rooms dates back to 1796 and was renovated in 2006. This charming family-friendly establishment is set in 2.5 hectares of grounds and enjoys breathtaking views. The family-owned residence oozes character and is prominently situated overlooking the valley of the Save River. Each room has its own distinctive character and is pleasantly spacious and has been fully renovated within the past 4 years. The beautiful landscaped gardens and barbecue area are just some of the charms this Chateau residence has to offer. Further facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a games room, a TV lounge, conference facilities and Internet access. Guests can take advantage of the laundry service and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

## Location
This residence is located just off the gateway to the Gers and offers guests easy access to Cahors, the Tarn and the Pyrenees. The centre of Lévignac, with its restaurants, bars, links to the public transport network and shops, is just 1 km away. It is situated 25 min from Toulouse centre and 20 min from Toulouse Blagnac Airport.

## Rooms
All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard within the past 4 years. Each is spacious and the majority have the most fascinating views. Each room comes with a microwave, cooking hobs and a fridge and offers a private bathroom with a shower. The accommodation is also equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a washing machine, an ironing set, a king-size or double bed and heating. The rooms also feature either a balcony or a terrace.

## Sport
The residence offers an outdoor swimming pool and a pool terrace. Sun loungers and towels are provided and there is plenty of space in the garden to enjoy a barbecue with equipment provided. There is an indoor games room with table football, a darts board and table tennis.

## Meals
It does not offer food however there are nearby restaurants and supermarkets within a 3 minute drive. Please note that these are closed on Sundays. There are cooking facilities in the bedrooms such as microwave, hobs and fridge.
