Hotel Overview

The philosophy according to which this hotel was decorated is in fact the chromatic theory, according to which colours affect emotional and psychological states. Some of the rooms also present original decorations of splendid, authentic and original frescoes that blend in perfectly with the modern décor, giving guests the pleasant emotion of the contrast between ancient and modern, a distinctive creative element of the art designer manager Giancarlo Chiaro. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon and a TV lounge. ## Location
The hotel is situated inside the glorious Cappi Palace, a building in classical Italian style of the late 1800s. It is located at the corner of Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano. It is a few minutes' walk away from the Coliseum and metro stations A (Manzoni) and B (Coliseum). Rome's central train and bus station, Roma Termini, is just 600 metres away and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport is only 22 km away.

## Rooms
The hotel rooms offer a series of colours that express its modernity while releasing a pleasant, warm and welcoming sensation. Guests will be able to choose the colour theme of their sheets and pillows and find that same theme in the bathroom. Several of its rooms look directly onto the most ancient basilica of Rome and of the world: the Basilica of St. John Lateran. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. All rooms are equipped with a satellite/cable TV, radio, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, and a balcony or terrace. Each room is air-conditioned (individually regulated) and heated (central).
