##Location
The property is located on Yuan Beach, which lies on the south-eastern coast of the island of Koh Pha Ngan, in the Suratthani Province. However, it remains in close proximity to many intoxicating attractions - including Rin Beach, the world-famous location of Full Moon Party, and only five minutes away by boat. This spot is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world to view a full moon. From Rin Beach, you can also hop over to Koh Samui island, where beautiful beaches and succulent Thai cuisine can be found. You can also check out Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai), on Samui's north coast.

##Accomodation
Of the 39 beach villas, there are 19 Deluxe Villas, 15 Deluxe Ocean Facing Villas, three Deluxe Spa Villas, one Deluxe Spa Ocean Facing Villa and one Villa with two bedrooms. Facilities available throughout every room include air conditioning, a bathroom and shower, TV with satellite channels, safe, mini-bar and tea and coffee-making facilities. Certain amenities may be payable locally.

##Eating and Drinking
24-hour in-room dining is available in all villas, and offers A La Carte, Thai, and International cuisine. Alternatively, head to the 80-seat Palms Restaurant, which offers Thai and International cuisine by the poolside, and the 20-seat Tropix Bar, which sells poolside drinks and snacks.
