Hotel Overview

The views from the house are intensely relaxing to behold, especially from its spacious furnished terrace, and they uninterruptedly follow all points of the compass. After a busy renovation period, this property is available again for holidays: the house, and the fully fenced-in grounds, are now a delight, and this is an ideal holiday abode for an extended family with young children. This country house offers a total of 14 rooms, as well as a garden and parking.

## Location
East of Florence and the river Arno, the Road of the Seven Bridges winds its panoramic way through medieval towns en route to Arezzo. It is a land of dark green wooded slopes and thousands of acres of silvery-green olive trees that occupy the flatter areas. Planted proudly amongst this idyllic scenery, the arches and pale yellow plasterwork of this substantial house are visible for miles. Nearby stands Regello, amid its famous olive groves with some streets still retaining their medieval arcades. The 12th century Romanesque church of San Pietro a Cascia is well worth a visit. Guests will also find banks, chemists and a good variety of food shops in the town. Access to the main A1 autostrada is 10 km away, offering good, rapid access to Florence (45 minutes' drive), Arezzo, Montepulciano, and even Rome.

## Rooms
The ground floor offers a hallway, a guest WC with a washing machine, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a kitchen/diner with a dishwasher, a hob, an oven and a fridge/freezer. There is also a dining area (not for full house complement) with a small kitchen and an open fireplace, as well as a shower room with WC and a sitting room with stairs to the first floor. On the first floor are 3 twin-bedded rooms, 2 double rooms, a bathroom with WC and a shower room with WC. The accommodation is also equipped with a TV.

## Sport
This villa features an open-air swimming pool (seasonal) with sun loungers and parasols and a sun terrace.

## Notes
A security deposit is payable on arrival. The swimming pool is open between May and September (weather permitting). It is essential that guests telephone in advance to give an estimated time of arrival.
