Hotel Overview

## Location
This resort hotel is situated minutes from the beach in Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef. Cape Tribulation is the only place on earth where two World Heritage-listed environments thrive alongside each other: On the one side lies the extraordinary tropical underworld of the Daintree Rainforest National Park, whilst the other is home to the sparkling turquoise of the Great Barrier Reef. Guests will find restaurants, woods and the beach all right by the hotel, whilst the centre of Cape Tribulation is some 3 km away. Cairns International Airport is 140 km from the accommodation.

## Rooms
The exquisite Daintree flora and fauna surrounding each room create a natural ambience in all accommodation units. The guest rooms are en suite with bathtub/shower and offer private rainforest views from the balcony/terrace. The rooms' décor features natural colours and materials in a simple and luxurious style. Facilities include hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, hifi, minibar/mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. For guests' comfort, insect screens, ceiling fans and individually regulated air conditioning units come as standard. To help guests leave the outside world behind them, there are no TVs in the guest rooms.

## Sport
Guests are invited to rejuvenate at the brand-new Ocean day spa located on the shores of Coconut beach. The hotel grounds include 2 outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers laid out poolside. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy massage and spa treatments or go diving, canoeing, horse riding or cycling. Other available activities include bushwalking, snorkelling, jungle surfing and much more. An entertainment programme is provided for a fee; alternatively, guests can simply unwind in one of Australia's most beautiful, untouched settings.
