## Location
This hotel is located 50 m from the sandy beach, in one of the most delightful corners of Sardinia's south-eastern coast, a few minutes from the holiday resort of Villasimius (5 km) and close to its well-equipped marina (2 km). Cagliari is 62 km away and it is 58 km to Cagliari Airport and 270 km to Olbia Airport.

## Rooms
Located on either the ground (patio) or first floor (balcony), the rooms are all tastefully furnished in elegant pastel shades, with painted wooden furniture and marble-topped tables. They all come with private facilities with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer and are equipped with satellite TV, centrally regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and a safe. Guests may choose from 2 types of rooms, based on their location: Classic and Superior (only the Superior rooms are sea-facing).

## Sport
This hotel features a small beauty centre, the 'Comfort Zone', which is available from June to September for massages (at an extra cost). There is also an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel restaurant offers an excellent choice of local and international cuisine with a wide selection of wines to match.
