This holiday complex lies in the bay of Cala'n Forcat in the northwest of the island of Menorca, directly on the rocky spit, and thus affording impressive views out over the surrounding area. It is just 50 m to the nearest beach and the town of Ciutadella, with its picturesque harbour and palace as well as many shopping and entertainment lies around 3 km from the complex. Transfer to Mahón airport, which lies approximately 45 km away, takes roughly 1 hour.

There are a total of 42 apartments within the complex and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange bureau in addition to a cosy snack bar, a café, and a games room and playground for younger guests. It is possible to make use of the in-house laundry service on request.

Each of the comfortable apartments comes with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a tiled bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer for rent. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone, a TV, a modern kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board for rent, a hire safe and a spacious balcony or a terrace. Final cleaning is carried out by staff after rooms have been vacated by guests.

Animals are note permitted. The room cleaning is three times the week. Towels are changed two times and bed-linen are changed once a week. The Check-In and Check-Out is taking place in the the reception of Los Lentiscos apartments, open 24 hours and next to the apartments of Cabo de Baños. The washingmashine is not situated in the apartment.
