Guests may also make use of the room service and laundry services. Use of a car park and garage is also available as well as the bicycle cellar.

The hotel is situated within 22,135 m² of attractive grounds, which is within easy reach of the harbour area and the town of Stornoway. The hotel offers a view of the historic complex of Lews Castle and the 18-hole golf course.
