The Buccament Bay Resort is located on the stunning island of St Vincent's, considered one of “The Jewel's of the Caribbean”; it makes for the perfect place to spend a relaxing unforgettable holiday, surrounded by lush green mountains, rainforests and the sandy white beach on your doorstep. Some of the nearby sights to the hotel on the island also include Fort Charlotte, the Falls of Baleine and the Botanic Gardens, which are all well worth a visit.

This newly opened luxurious 5-star resort has all the amenities and comforts to create a memorable and truly relaxing holiday, with a total of 369 rooms featuring spacious villas and suites as well some brilliant leisure facilities and activities including outdoor pools, tennis courts and a football field. For those guests who just wish to unwind sometimes there is also a full SPA at the resort featuring a wide range of massage/beauty treatments, ESPA treatments, a beauty salon and also for those feeling a bit more active there is a fully-equipped gym. For even more memorable experiences at the resort you can visit the Performing Arts Academy where adults and children can receive coaching in acting or singing from the professionals from the West End and Broadway, or alternatively for those who enjoy their sports there is also the Sports Academy providing professional tennis and football lessons. There are also several excursions arranged where you can explore the many islands and cays of the Grenadines, or for a completely unique experience the Indigo Dive centre provides PADI courses and dive trips for all levels of experience as well as a wide choice of water activities to try including dolphin and whale watching, snorkelling, kayaking and motorboat trips.

##Location
You will find there are countless activities and sights to see and do during your stay on the tropical paradise that is St Vincent's island. The capital of the island is Kingstown where you can find bustling streets full of vendors and shoppers, the perfect place to pick up some local goods such as spices, fruits and clothing, all set amongst the picturesque colonial buildings, churches and winding cobble streets. Some of the fascinating sights during your visit to the island include the imposing battlements of Fort Charlotte high up on the hill above the town, also there is the Falls of Belaine that can be reached by boat or foot and for an unforgettable experience you can take trek in the Vermont Nature Trails.

St Vincent's is also notable for being one of the best diving, snorkelling and sailing locations in the world with clear, warm waters that are home to pristine coral reefs and a huge variety of colourful marine life. Also the islands are very popular for being some of the best cruising grounds in the world, with a multitude of cays, rocks, sand bars and lagoons to explore along with the awe-inspiring islands of Bequia, Mayreau and Union Island

- Harlequin Air – To launch 2 x 8 seater planes from both UVF & BGI in February / March 2012. UVF will become the primary gateway for International Flights. In the meantime, please continue to use Barbados as the gateway.

The Buccament Bay Resort features a number of restaurants and chic bars providing an excellent choice of mouth-water cuisine.

The Bay Beach Club is stunningly situated, overlooking the pools to the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. Offering casual all day dining it is the perfect place to linger over a sumptuous lunch in a relaxed atmosphere while contemplating the turquoise waters or to sip an exotic cocktail to the lilting rhythms of Reggae and watch a spectacular sunset. After the sun has gone down, a delicious menu of tantalising dishes awaits.
Safran A La Carte Indian Restaurant & Bar. Safran provides an innovative, fresh approach to Indian cuisine. Concocted using only the freshest of ingredients, cooked with natural herbs and spice blends and served in a simple but stylish manner to create intricately flavoured dishes. Bowls of fragrantly spiced curries with perfect accompaniments will entice you. Experience the extraordinary, vibrant cuisine in a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere.
Bamboo - Surrounded by palm trees and bamboo, this barefoot chic restaurant offers al fresco dining serving a mélange of popular dishes from across the Caribbean and Italian stone baked pizzas. Escape from the tropical sun to relax at the bar and enjoy the magnificent ocean views whilst sampling typical Caribbean concoctions and frozen cocktails as well as draft beer, wine by the glass and a full range of non-alcoholic delights.
Ginger & Co Sushi Bar –from lunchtime until evening for takeaway sushi sashimi in Bento Boxes – Open from 10am – 7pm
Beach Grill – Buffet Beach BBQ - Open DAILY for lunch from 11am – 4pm
HQ Coffee shop - is a deli as well as ice cream parlour, serving light snacks, sandwiches and salads, as well as cakes, ice creams and pastries – Open from 7am – 10pm (Please note this is ALL INCLUSIVE. There are prices on the wall, but please disregard these)
The Wellness Café by the Spa is open for lunch / afternoon snacks – serving healthy snacks and drinks – For Guests using the Spa

Jacks - Brand new, Jacks is an exquisite a la carte fine dining restaurant offering the best steak buts, fresh seafood and lobster.

Trader Vics Restaurant will be opening by Autumn 2012 – This will further add to our Luxury Dining offering and add a 4th restaurant into the resort.

There is also a selection of modern bars to choose from including the “HQ” a signature coffee shop serving pastries, ice cream, coffees, teas, coffees and smoothies, and also there is the “Trader Vic's” where you can sample exotic cocktails in a unique atmosphere.
