This hotel was completely renovated and modernised in 2003 and comprises a total of 182 rooms of which 20 are suites. Facilities include an elegant foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a hotel bar with a pleasant veranda, an additional bar, a pizzeria offering a range of grilled specialities and an air-conditioned hotel restaurant. Further facilities include an open-air nightclub and a theatre hall and there is a playground as well as a kids' club for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age. Those arriving by car may make use of the onsite car park.

This hotel is located directly beside the Mediterranean Sea and affords breathtaking views out over the azure-blue waters. The hotel's wonderful private beach lies paces away and the resort centre, which offers an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues, is just 3 km away. Olbia airport may be reached by car in just 30 minutes, lying 15 km from the hotel.
## Sport
In the sprawling gardens is a swimming pool, 2 separate children's pools and a poolside snack bar. During warm weather, it is possible to relax beneath a parasol on one of the sun loungers laid out ready for use on the sun terrace. Sports enthusiasts may try out a range of sports including tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, darts and archery and there is also an in-house gym offering aerobics sessions to make use of. Water sports offerings include water aerobics, windsurfing and canoeing and there is a pedalo hire service. Entertaining shows are put on in the theatre hall each evening (seasonal).
