Built in 2002, this apartment complex includes a total of 104 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception desk. Guests arriving by car are able to park in the car park.

## Location
This complex is located approximately 200m from the small and traditional town of San Pasquale where guests will find a supermarket and a bar. The nearest beach is 7 km away and there are more bars about 10 km away whilst the nearest nightclub is situated 20 km from the hotel.

The apartments feature a bathroom, a telephone, satellite/cable TV (added fee), a kitchen and air conditioning (added fee). In addition, each includes a separate lounge room and a balcony or terrace.

## Sport
Hotel guests are able to use the activity complex situated near Borgo Saraceno hotel- where clients have free entrance- with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a poolside bar. For an additional fee guests can also use the indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, the steam bath and the massage service. Aqua aerobics, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and a gym (all for an additional fee) are on offer.

## Notes
Important: clients will not find bath and bed linen in the appartments but there are possibility to rent on the spot. The outdoor complex (Borgo Saraceno hotel - where clients have free entrance) with swimming pool and a poolside bar is open from 11.06 to 09.09.06. It is suggested to rent a car during the stay.
