The luxurious five-star all inclusive Beach Albatros Resort in Hurghada is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Red Sea. Situated only 20 minutes from Hurghada airport and a similar distance from Hurghada city centre, the Beach Albatros is a superb choice for a beach based holiday in Egypt.

The hotel itself is surrounded by large beautifully landscaped grounds, inviting swimming pools and of course the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea. The gentle waves and shallow waters ensure safe bathing for children and adults alike and it is also ideal for windsurfing, kayaking, and other water sports. The long beach is best for jogging or long walks at sunrise or sundown.

The 681 comfortable and charmingly decorated rooms overlook either the hotel gardens or the pools or the sea. A broad range of room types are available from standard rooms and bungalows to suites and all are equipped with air conditioning, a mini bar, satellite television, en-suite facilities and a balcony or terrace. The comfortably furnished family rooms have a bedroom, a separate living room and a bathroom whilst the spacious bungalows can accommodate up to people and feature a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge and a kitchenette.

Guests at the Beach Albatros enjoy a stunning array of facilities including three hard tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a basketball play ground, a diving center, a fitness room and a wellness center with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. There is also horseback riding, camel riding, water polo, mini golf, aerobics, water gymnastics, billiard, table tennis, garden chess and darts and for those who love dancing, the resort offers belly dance and Latino lessons.

On those less-adventurous days a reading corner can be found in the hotel lobby whilst both parents and children will appreciate the children's playground and the hotel-run kids club which has a variety of activities to keep even the most hard to please happy and busy. After dark you can relax with a cocktail or two and enjoy entertainment shows that are guaranteed to get you in the mood for a great evening under the stars.

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel has four buffet style restaurants and one a la carte and there are four bars and a disco for refreshments. The El Kasr Restaurant is the Beach Albatros Resort's main restaurant and it serves Egyptian and international specialties for breakfast between 7am and 10am, a long sleepers' breakfast from 10am to 11am, dinner from 6pm to 9.30pm and midnight snacks from 10.30pm to midnight. Guests may also like to dine in the Casablanca Restaurant where they can enjoy an excellent selection of international cuisine and a rich variety of local specialties for breakfast from 8am to 10am, lunch from midday to 2.30pm and dinner between 6.30pm and 9pm. There is also a beach restaurant for lunchtime snacks such as pizza, pasta, sandwiches and crepes from midday to 3pm and for refreshments between 10am and 5pm or the poolside restaurant, Le Coq D'or Restaurant where breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, snacks for lunch are available from midday to 3pm and dinner is served between 7pm and 9.30pm. Water pipes (chargeable) and oriental drinks are also available in Le Coq D'or from 6pm till midnight. The dining options are completed by the Antico Forno, an a-la-carte restaurant where you will find a variety of daily themes and can enjoy your choice of Italian cuisine, sea food, B.B.Q or oriental specialties. It opens daily from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. If you are on the beach you can get drinks from the beach bar between 10am and sunset, or if you are poolside then the tropical bar provides a full range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages between 10am and 5pm. The Omar Sharif Bar in the lobby opens 24 hours a day for cocktails, fruit juices, tea and coffee (although drinks on the all inclusive package are only available until midnight and after that time are chargeable). For a livelier atmosphere head for the Tic Tac Pub and karaoke bar which opens daily from 6pm to 2am (all inclusive till midnight only), or try the discotheque which opens daily from 10.30pm to 2am (all inclusive until 11pm only).

The hotels all inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, all local alcoholic beers, wines and spirits and soft drinks, tea and coffee from 10am until midnight and ice cream and popcorn for children from midday to 8pm. Premium drinks, the a la carte restaurant and drinks after midnight in the bar and disco are not included in the All Inclusive option.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has three outdoor fresh water pools and an indoor pool. There are also two children's pools and plenty of loungers for sunbathing, either by the pool or on the beach.
