This family-friendly beach hotel is situated within around 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Milano Marittima. Cervia and Milano Marittima are the garden cities of the Adriatic coast. Surrounded by the sea, a lush pinewood and sea salt pans, Cervia, the ancient Salt City, has developed a sustainable tourist industry over the years, thus preserving its beautiful natural environment. In Cervia and Milano Marittima the green areas and the sea combine in a wholesome environment of rare beauty. ## Rooms
The guest rooms are cosy and come equipped with en suite bathrooms with a shower or bath and hairdryer, as well as double beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. The rooms are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and heating and also feature a balcony or terrace. Rooms set on the 2nd to 5th floors offer stunning views of the sea, whilst rooms on the 1st floor do not offer the same view. Only a very few of the rooms have no sea view. Deluxe rooms have both a shower and a bathtub. In the garden, just opposite the swimming pool, stands Villa Emilia, the small annexe, which hosts exclusive suites and deluxe rooms.

## Sport
The hotel features a luscious garden with two outdoor heated swimming pools, a hot tub and a tennis court, as well as a path leading to the private sandy beach, which can be used by guests for an additional fee. In the winter months one of the pools becomes indoor so that guests can enjoy a swim at the hotel whatever the weather. Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool and can be hired for a fee on the beach, where beach volleyball is also available for a fee. Guests can stay in shape at the gym or relax in the sauna or with a massage for an additional fee. The Adriatic Golf Club is approximately 2 km from the hotel and can be used for a fee. Bikes are available and an entertainment programme is provided for children (fees apply).

## Meals
In summer time, the breakfast buffet is served on the terrace. Meanwhile, the restaurant menu offers a wide selection of regional and international à la carte dishes, which are tasty and refined. A buffet is also available at lunch and dinner and there is a set menu dinner available too.
