## Location
The hotel is situated on the A94 approximately 10 minutes' walk from Perth town centre, within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen Stirling and Inverness. Gleneagles, St Andrews, Carnoustie and Dalmahoy are all within easy reach of Perth. It is an ideal base for exploring Perthshire and the Highlands of Scotland.

## Rooms
The guesthouse comprises a twin, a family room, two double rooms, one of which is located on the ground floor suitable for residents with mobility difficulties, and a single room. All bedrooms are en suite and come complete with hairdryer, TV, hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. An ironing set and central heating are standard features in all accommodation units.

If golf is guests' choice, then Murrayshall Golf Club and Blairgowrie Golf Club are only a short drive from the guest house.

## Meals
The dining room is situated on the ground floor where guests can start the day with a full-Scottish breakfast served at individual tables, or enjoy a lighter choice selected from the varied menu. There is also a set menu on offer at lunch.
