For stays before May 2013, please note that the complex features two buildings, Ambassador Playa I & II, and guests may be accommodated in any of them. Rooms and facilities are the same in both buildings. Stays from 01/05/2013 will be only in Ambassador Playa II.
 
Festive arrangements:
For stays on the 25th of December 2012 the Christmas Gala Lunch is mandatory and included in the price.
For stays on the 31st of December 2012 the New Year's Gala Dinner is mandatory and included in the price. FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment; main meals are all served international buffet style in the main restaurant, snacks are on offer throughout the day at the poolside bar, and the three other bars in the complex, live music , line dancing and folklore shows.
 
Sports, games and activities; 2 swimming pools, both with kids section, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, satellite television lounge, fitness centre and pool table.
Also on the complex there is the Benicaldea SPA & Wellness Center with Gym, Blue Lagoon, Jacuzzi, Sauna, massage & treatments and a Turkish Bath for an extra charge.
 
For the kids: children's play area, children's section of swimming pool.
